  • Carrying out preliminary research and understanding of market needs
  • Building/ Managing/ Developing relationships with all key or potential partner/clients
  • Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses than can benefit from company’s service
  • Achieve business objectives for growth and profit of the company
  • Identify any new business opportunitiesand sales growth
  • Deliver & manage company sales objective
  • Generate reports and insights for reporting
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Training, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in sales or partnership
  • Experience in training consultant or HR consulting
  • Detail oriented and can do administrative work
  • Have an excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Have an excellent communication to pursue people
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English. 
  • Must be a team player and be a able to adopt to our company culture
  • Must be self motivated, able to work in team with minimal supervision and target oriented
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, pleasant personality and able to take initiative
