As we want to fly higher, we like to empower our Business team by aggressively hiring Business Executive to join our high phase Business Department with details follow:


Continuously assist their companies acquire new customers and sell existing and additional products or services

Daily basis you will:

  • Reporting directly to Head of Sales and Strategic Development
  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching products and/or services towards the potential client leads
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Aggressively ensuring sales meet services booking and revenue quotas
  • Perform accurately forecast and deliver on sales
  • Forge strong working relationships with Customer Success and Technical Support teams
  • Execute network activities within the industry, market, and accounts to bring new client opportunities
  • Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific customers and market segments to be presented to the Head of Sales and Strategic Development
  • Communicate effectively at all client levels
  • Quickly grasp client business and technical requirements and fit consulting solutions around those specific needs
  • Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successful close (including proposal development, implementation estimating, scope construction, and client presentations)
  • Proactively approach the market segment through active leadership in industry and community organizations together with the department leader
  • Add industry specific and technology solution expertise to the sales process
  • Provide the necessary inputs and feedback for Product Development team
  • Provide the productivity reports weekly and monthly basis



What type of Business Executive that we need?

We are seeking a resourceful, driven, results-oriented sales professional to help us set, drive, and execute our revenue goals. You’ll work to set priorities and make key strategic decisions. You’ll shape and influence every part of our sales process to roll out a winning strategy that has material impact. Ultimately, when we go to raise our next round, your work in growing our revenue will be the key foundation to our ability to land funding on great terms. You should bring a passion for tech, entrepreneurial ambition, and most importantly, deep sales expertise.

To join a company at our stage, you should be confident in your ability to run high-volume pipelines in dynamic, changing environments. You’ll need to be able to remove your own roadblocks and invent alternative methodologies that open up new pathways forward. At a startup, you’ll face limited resources but have plenty of chances to demonstrate and expand your capabilities. If you’ve felt cornered or restricted on your current team, you may be ready for more: this is a wide-open role where you have lots of growth potential, lots of openings to prove what you’re capable of.

You’ll see professional development in several dimensions, including the ability to step up and help lead if you prove you’re ready.


Few additional key attributes will be:

  • Min Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experiences
  • Having at least 2 years experiences in the related position - with strong communication skills 
  • HR-related experience will be preferred
  • Prior experience in business application sales is an advantage
  • Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented services sales
  • Candidates with prior experience in SaaS or On-Demand Industry are highly desirable
  • Drive and motivation to sell on-demand products and services full-time
  • This is a direct sales role. Strong initiative qualities, and team oriented business values are essential
